摘要:
为了改进直缝埋弧焊管预弯形貌传统人工测量存在的测量精度低、作业时间长等问题,采用激光轮廓测量技术,设计了一种非接触式的钢板预弯形貌实时测量系统。测量系统采用激光传感器和计算机组成测量计算系统,PLC控制器、伺服电机、伺服驱动器和光电编码器组成运动控制系统。实时测量系统在JCOE焊管生产线进行了应用,应用结果表明,该系统能够同时测量钢板预弯边的弦高值和直边值,精度高且数据处理能力强,可满足预弯形貌实时测量要求,并且当预弯数据不满足工艺要求或发生预弯漏步时能及时报警,实现了测量评定的自动化和一体化。
Abstract:
In order to improve the problems of traditional manual measurement, such as low precision and time-consuming, a non-contact real-time measurement system for steel plate pre-bending morphology was designed by using laser profile measurement technology. The measurement system consists of laser sensor and computer, PLC controller, servo motor, servo driver and photoelectric encoder. The real-time measurement system is applied in JCOE welding pipe production line. The application results show that the system can measure both the chord height and the straight edge value of the steel plate pre-bending edge, which has high precision and strong data processing ability, and can meet the real-time measurement requirements of the pre bending morphology. When the pre-bending data does not meet the process requirements or the pre-bending missing step occurs, the alarm can be given in time, which realizes the automation and integration of measurement and evaluation.
