摘要:
为了提高焊管企业计量管理效率,提升企业产品的质量保证度,以直缝埋弧焊管制造为例,介绍了焊管企业常用的的计量设备和管理要求。在此基础上,从管理体系的选择和建立、测量设备的分类管理、测量设备的检定/校准等方面,分析了开展焊管企业计量管理的流程和方法。最后,针对焊管企业日常计量管理中存在的测量设备检定/校准周期、计量标识管理、测量设备的质量控制和制度等问题提出了建议。
Abstract:
In order to improve the efficiency of metering management and the quality of the products, the metering equipment and management requirements commonly used in welded pipe enterprises are introduced by taking the straight seam welded pipe manufacturing as an example. On this basis, the process and method of measurement management in welded pipe enterprises are analyzed from several aspects, such as selection and establishment of management system, classification management of measuring equipment, and verification/calibration of measuring equipment. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the daily measurement management of welded pipe enterprises, such as the verification/calibration cycle of measuring equipment, the management of measuring identification, and the quality control and system of measuring equipment.
