摘要:
针对中俄东线用X80钢级Φ1 422 mm管线钢管的技术指标要求,分析了管线钢开发面临的技术挑战。对约20万t中俄东线用X80钢级Φ1 422 mm直缝埋弧焊管实物理化性能进行了全面的统计分析,包括化学成分、拉伸性能和DWTT性能。结果表明,中俄东线钢管的化学成分、力学性能均达到了标准要求,管材具有较低的冷裂纹敏感指数,较窄的屈服强度和抗拉强度区间以及优良的韧性。通过分析对比,指出了下一步X80管线钢管技术标准优化和产品质量提升的方向。
Abstract:
According to the technical index requirements of X80 Φ1 422 mm pipeline steel pipe for the China-Russian Esterm Natural Gas Pipeline, the technical challenges faced by pipeline steel development are analyzed. The physical and chemical properties of X80 Φ1 422 mm longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe used in about 200 000 t the China-Russian Esterm Natural Gas Pipeline were analyzed comprehensively, including chemical composition, tensile property and drop weight tear test performance. The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel pipe meet the standard requirements. The steel pipe has low cold crack sensitivity index, narrow range of yield strength and tensile strength, and excellent toughness. Through analysis and comparison, the direction of technical standard optimization and product quality improvement of X80 steel pipe in the next step is pointed out.
