摘要:
从连续油管的材料、制造技术及作业技术等方面概述了连续油管的发展和应用情况,重点分析了TMCP态超高强度连续油管、调质型连续油管、耐腐蚀连续油管的技术发展趋势。分析指出,连续油管的市场前景良好,并且随着油气的深入开采和井况的日益复杂,从而对连续油管的规格及性能提出了更高要求;当前主要形成高强度低合金钢系列的连续油管,并出现了高耐蚀合金、复合材质以及调质型等多个系列的发展方向;未来连续油管的规格将向更大直径和长度的方向发展,性能向更高强度、更长疲劳寿命和更优耐蚀性方向发展,同时将更加关注产品的经济性及可制造性。
Abstract:
The development and application of coiled tubing are summarized from the aspects of coiled tubing materials, manufacturing technology and operation technology, and the technical development trend of TMCP ultra-high strength coiled tubing, quenched and tempered coiled tubing and anti-corrosion coiled tubing are analyzed. The research shows that the prospect of coiled tubing is good, and with the in-depth exploitation of oil and gas and the increasing complexity of well conditions, higher requirements are put forward for the specification and performance of coiled tubing. At present, coiled tubing with high strength and low alloy steel series are mainly formed, and there are many series development directions such as high corrosion resistant alloy, composite material and quenching and tempering steel. The coiled tubing specification will develop in the direction of larger outer diameter and length, and the performance will develop in the direction of higher strength, longer fatigue life and better corrosion resistance. At the same time, more attention will be paid to the economy and manufacture of products in the future.
