摘要:
为了解决螺旋焊管生产线递送机运行过程中出现的钢带打滑和钢带短时顿挫现象,对递送机的电控系统进行了研究和改进。针对后摆式焊管机组递送机双辊交流电机驱动系统,采用西门子S120变频器,运用速度饱和与力矩控制方案,实时控制递送机上下辊电机的力矩分配,避免两个电机运行过程中力矩严重失衡。改进后的递送机投产运行后,带钢递送速度稳定且上下辊力矩平衡,机组稳定性明显提高,有效保证了钢管的焊接质量。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of steel strip slipping and short-time steel strip falling during the operation of the delivery machine for spiral welded pipe production line, the electric control system of the delivery machine was studied and improved. For the double roll AC motor drive system of the delivery machine of the backward swing welded pipe unit, Siemens S120 frequency converter is used to control the torque distribution of the upper and lower roll motors of the delivery machine in real time by using the speed saturation and torque control scheme, so as to avoid serious torque imbalance during the operation of the two motors. After the improved delivery machine is put into operation, the delivery speed of the strip steel is stable, the torque of the upper and lower rollers is balanced, the stability of the unit is significantly improved, and the welding quality of the pipe is effectively guaranteed.
