摘要:
针对油套管特殊螺纹接头工厂端上扣前后出现的现场端接箍参数发生变化这一现象,进行了全尺寸实物试验和有限元分析,并对现场端接箍参数发生显著变化的样管进行了气密封试验。有限元分析显示,工厂端上扣后,现场端接箍应力水平提高,并会发生一定的膨胀,表现为现场端接箍的密封面直径变化远大于螺纹直径变化,且距离现场端越近表现越明显,这与上扣试验测量数据相吻合。气密封试验结果显示,现场端接箍公差发生显著变化的样管仍然可以保证其在复合加载下的气密封性能;已经经过全尺寸实物评价试验的油套管特殊螺纹接头,在上卸扣试验中同样存在工厂端上扣对现场端密封参数造成影响,整个试验过程已经包含了一端上扣对另一端接箍密封参数带来的影响。研究表明,只要接箍在工厂端上扣前螺纹及密封参数公差在规定范围内,在油田现场应允许现场端接箍参数超出规定范围,此结论可为油田用户提供参考。
Abstract:
In view of the phenomenon that the field side coupling parameters change before and after the factory side make-up of oil tubing and casing premium threaded connection, full-scale test and finite element analysis were carried out,The gas seal test was carried out on the sample pipe with the field side coupling parameters significantly changed. The finite element analysis shows that, after the factory side make-up, the stress of the field side coupling increases and the coupling expands, which is manifested as the change of sealing surface diameter of the field side coupling is much greater than that of the thread diameter, and the closer the distance to the field side, the more obvious such phenomenon is, which is consistent with the measured data of the make-up test. The gas seal test results show that the gas seal performance of the sample tube under compound loading can still be guaranteed with the significant change of the field side coupling tolerance.For the premium threaded connection of oil tubing and casing that has gone through the full-scale test, in the make-up test,the factory side also affects the sealing parameters of the field side. The whole test process has included the influence of make-up end on the sealing parameters of the other end of the coupling. The research indicates that, as long as the tolerance of the coupling thread and sealing parameters is within the specified range, the field coupling parameters should be allowed to exceed the specified range in oil field. This conclusion can provide reference for oilfield users.
