摘要:
简述了直缝埋弧焊管机组中五组压辊式预焊机的工艺过程及特点,介绍了预焊作业中常见的气孔、夹渣、烧穿、错边、焊偏等缺陷。分析了焊接缺陷对埋弧焊质量的影响。通过对影响预焊质量因素的分析,提出了预焊质量控制措施。
Abstract:
This article describes briefly process procedure and characters of 5 sets rolling tack welders for longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe unit,and introduces common defects during tack welding operation,such as air pocket,slag,arc burn,offset and misalignment etc.It analyzes effect of welding defects to welding quality of submerged arc welded and puts forward quality control measure to tack welding.
