摘要:
为了促进国产直缝电阻焊(ERW)套管在油田的广泛应用,对ERW套管与无缝套管的尺寸精度、残余应力和管体挤毁压力进行了试验研究。结果表明,国产ERW套管在几何尺寸、残余应力及抗挤强度等方面和无缝套管相比有较大的优势。当其他条件相同时,采用ERW套管可解决选用套管的抗挤强度不足问题,满足石油行业对套管柱环空、抗挤的高要求。
Abstract:
In order to strengthen the oil-field user’s confidence in the ERW casing made in China,the contrast study of the dimension control,residual stress,and pipe collapse pressure between ERW and seamless casing was conducted in this paper.The result showed that the dimension control,residual stress and collapse resistance of ERW casing made in China is much better than that of seamless casing.The use of ERW casing may avoid the low collapse resistance of seamless casing when other factors are fixed,and satisfy the high requirements of petroleum industry about casing annulus and collapse resistance.
