摘要:
螺旋焊管成型器点接触式内压辊因适用于小批量、多品种、频繁换道的应用环境而被广泛采用。但点接触式内压辊容易产生凸起的辊子压痕。阐述了预测螺旋焊管成型器点接触内压辊可能的压痕深度值以及优化设计点接触内压辊辊形的方法,为螺旋焊管的成型质量控制提供了一种技术手段。
Abstract:
Point-contacting inside -press roller of forming unit for SSAW pipe is widely used due to its applicability to small quantity,multi-varieties,and frequently changeover of production.However,point-contracting inside-press roller is easy to cause the raised roller indentation.The article states the method to predict the possible indentation depth data of point-contacting insidepress roller of forming unit for SSAW pipe and optimize roller configuration design method of point-contacting inside press roller to provide a kind of technical measure to control forming quality of SSAW pipe.
