摘要:
介绍了国内外钢管水压试验机管端常用的小间隙径向密封和端面密封的结构及工作原理,详细阐述了钢骨架大间隙径向外抱式强制密封结构、性能、工作原理及其与常规密封的比较。实际生产应用表明,钢骨架大间隙径向外抱式强制密封装置引管方便,胶圈使用寿命长,可大大提高生产效率。
Abstract:
This article introduces structure and operation principle of radial sealing and end face sealing in small clearance that commonly used for domestic and abroad hydrostatic tester of steel pipe.It also states that the comparison between steel framework radial outside grasping forced sealing with big gap and conventional sealing.Actual application of production shown that steel framework radial sealing in big gap possesses conveniently draft pipe and long life of rubber ring,and can greatly increase production efficiency.
