摘要:
水压试验机是焊管生产线不可缺少的检测设备,为确保产品质量,每根钢管均须进行静水压试验。为满足高强度大壁厚焊管检测的需要,进行了必要的理论计算和校核计算,开发设计了高可靠性的水压机系统。着重介绍了水压过程增压补进水计算和高压水系统的设计。
Abstract:
Hydrostatic test machine is indispensable testing equipment for pipeline production,each pipe must be carried out hydrostatic test to assure the quality.In order to meet testing requirement of weld pipe with high strength and large wall thickness,necessary theory calculation and verification are carried out,and dependable hydraulic pressure system is developed.This article?? emphasizes calculation of boosting and water supply and design of high pressure water system.
