摘要:
介绍了管道延性断裂的两种分析方法——Battele双曲线法和HLP法,并将两种方法的测算结果和爆破试验的实测值进行了比较。最后,根据中国西气东输二线工程备选设计方案,确定了分析计算的基本参数,并用两种分析方法对中国西气东输二线工程备选设计方案的管道延性断裂止裂韧性进行了计算,结果表明,两种分析方法的分析结果是吻合的。
Abstract:
It introduces two methods to analyze ductile fracture of pipeline,namely, Battele hyperbola method and HLP method,and makes comparison of calculations results and actual measured value of burst test with the above mentioned two methods.Finally it determines basic parameters of analyzing and calculating as per alternative design scheme of the second west to east gas pipeline project.Then to the above mentioned methods is calculated cracks arrest toughness of ductile cracks of alternative design scheme of the second west to east gas pipeline project,and results shows that analysis results from above two methods are coincided.
