摘要:
在X70钢级、φ508 mm×7.1 mm规格直缝埋弧焊管生产中,检验时发现在部分钢管的焊缝中存在纵向裂纹,取样后经金相检验证实该裂纹为结晶裂纹。通过采取降低焊接电流、提高焊剂碱度及适当调整管型等工艺措施后问题得到了改善,为薄壁直缝埋弧焊管的生产积累了经验。
Abstract:
During the production of X70 grade,Φ508 mm×7.1 mm LSAW pipe,the inspection department found out longitudinal cracks appeared in weld of some pipes.After sampled and through the metallographic test,it showed that these cracks are crystal cracks.By means of reducing welding current,increasing flux basicity and adjusting pipes size,etc.,the problem of the cracks was improved.This approach enriched the practice experience in LSAW pipe production.
