摘要:
西气东输二线工程工期紧、质量要求高,如果采用《石油天然气钢质管道无损检测》(SY/T 4109)规定的验收标准,在施工过程中焊接返修率将会较高,不仅增加了施工费用,而且进度也难保证。对于施工工期受限制的管道工程,国外多采用适于应用的焊接验收标准。为了保证西气东输二线工程进度,并保证焊接接头质量,建议工程采用第21版API RP 1104附录A推荐的适于应用的评价方法来制定焊缝缺欠验收标准。
Abstract:
The second west to east gas pipeline project requires construction term tight and high quality.During construction,if using Nondestructive Detection Method of Petroleum Gas Steel Pipe(SY/T 4109)specification,welding repair rate will increase,this will not only increase construction expense,but also it is difficult to ensure project construction progress schedule.The foreign countries will adopt applicable welding acceptance criteria for those pipeline projects whose required construction time is limited.In order to guarantee construction progress schedule and jointwelding quality,we recommend adopting applicable welding acceptance criteria in appendix A of API 1104(21 edition) to determine the weld defect imperfection acceptance criteria.
