摘要:
介绍了直缝埋弧焊管生产中内外焊焊缝跟踪设备和方法,分析了当前焊管生产线焊缝跟踪方法的优缺点,给出了内外焊跟踪系统使用中需重点注意的问题。结合大量生产数据的统计结果,分析了直缝埋弧焊管生产中产生焊偏现象的原因,提出了有针对性的解决措施。实际使用结果表明,给出的控制措施能有效降低焊偏量,提高直缝埋弧焊管的焊接质量。
Abstract:
This article introduced weld tracking equipment and method for internal & external welding in LSAW pipe production,analyzed merit and demerit of weld tracking method used in current production line, and pointed out cautions occurred in internal & external welding tracking system.Comparing with a mass of production data,it analyzed misalignment reason in LSAW pipe production,put forward corresponding solution measures.Practice showed that these measures can effectively reduce welding misalignment,and enhance LSAW pipe welding quality.
