摘要:
研究了试样形式对X80级管线钢板及直缝埋弧焊钢管横向拉伸性能试验结果的影响,结果表明,试样形式对钢板及钢管横向拉伸试验结果均有影响,尤其是对钢管横向屈服强度和屈强比的影响较大。分析了不同试样形式拉伸试验结果差异的原因,提出了钢板采用矩形拉伸试样、钢管横向拉伸采用圆棒试样并合理确定屈强比上限的建议。该建议已被西气东输二线标准采纳并实施。
Abstract:
The effect of specimen shape on test results of transverse tensile property for X80 grade steel plate and LSAW pipe were studied,the results indicated that specimen shape has effected on transverse tensile test result of steel plate and steel pipe,especially has great effect on test results of steel pipe tensile yield strength and Y/T ratio.It analyzed the reason of different test results caused by different specimen shape,suggested it should adopt rectangular tensile specimen for steel plate, and round bar specimen for steel pipe tensile, and reasonably determine the maximum Y/T ratio,this suggestion has been adopted and implemented in the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
