摘要:
对高频感应焊管(HFW)中频热处理温度场和电磁场耦合模拟计算结果进行了分析,研究了主线圈凹槽存在与否对钢管焊缝加热温度和升温速度的影响,揭示了主线圈和侧翼线圈之间角度、距离对感应功率和加热效率的影响规律。
Abstract:
The simulation calculation results of the coupling of temperature field and electric-magnetic field in intermediate frequency heating treatment of HFW pipe are analyzed.It researched that whether the existence of main loop groove or not has a great impact to pipe weld seam heating temperature and the speed of temperature increasing.It also indicates the induction power and heating efficiency effect rule of the angle and distance between main loop and side loop.
