摘要:
着重讨论了钢质管道液态环氧减阻内涂层成型过程中出现的一些常见缺陷,根据涂层的表面性状给出了判断缺陷类型的经验方法,分析了各种缺陷产生的原因,提出了相应的解决办法,并指出了钢管减阻内涂层质量控制的关键技术环节。
Abstract:
This article discusses some familiar flaw of resistance-reducing internal coating with liquid epoxy of steel piping that appear in the coating process,gives experience method of judging flaw type according to coating surface property,analyze flaw cause, puts forward relevant resolve method,and point out key technology link in quality control for steel pipe resistance-reducing internal coating.
