摘要:
简要介绍了本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司供印度某公司3×104t高Nb无Mo、X70管线钢添加化学元素的作用原理及轧制工艺流程,通过开发高Nb代替Mo的高钢级管线钢技术,使热轧卷板力学性能、冲击韧性、焊接性能均满足客户要求,吨钢降低成本800~1000元,取得了显著经济效益。
Abstract:
This paper has briefly introduced the effective principle and production process flow of adding chemical elements to X70 grade pipeline steel with high content of Nb and without Mo content which was produced in Benxi Iron & Steel(Group) Co.Ltd.,and exported to Indian certain company.The total quantity was thirty thousand tons.By means of developing the higher grade pipeline steel technology with high content of Nb replacing Mo,the steel coil mechanical property,impact toughness and weldability could meet the customer’s requirement,the cost of steel per ton was reduced by 800~1000 RMBYuan,significant economic benefit was obtained.
