摘要:
随着深井、超深井、大位移井和水平井的普遍开发,套管磨损问题越来越严重,现场实测中所有严重的磨损都是月牙形磨损。因此,对套管月牙形磨损程度进行深入的研究就显得尤为重要。概述了近年来套管月牙形磨损程度预测方法的研究动态,重点介绍了磨损效率模型和磨屑分析法的特点,并对两种磨损程度预测方法进行了比较,最后指出了套管月牙形磨损程度预测研究的发展趋势。
Abstract:
With the exploitation of the deep well,ultra-deep well,the extended reach well and the horizontal well,casing wear problem becomes more and more serious,field test shows that all of serious wear are crescent-shape wear.Therefore it is especially important that the predicting of crescent-shaped wear casing degree is further study and analysis.Recent advances in the study of crescent-shaped wear casing degree method are reviewed in this paper.It introduced the characteristics of wear efficiency model and sbrasive power analysis method,and compared two kinds of wear casing degree predicting method.The development trend of crescentshape casing wear predicting method is discussed.
