摘要:
针对西气东输二线要求,中国石油天然气管道科学研究院开发出管道环焊缝全自动超声波探伤系统,利用软件和电子技术,实现了超声波束的动态扫描和动态聚焦,检测结果可自动记录,使用CD或硬盘存储相关数据,提高了检测速度,结果复现也十分方便。介绍了该系统上位计算机的软件开发过程。
Abstract:
Aiming at the requirements of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project,pipeline circumferential weld automatic ultrasonic detecting system realized dynamic scanning and focus  of ultrasonic bundle which was developed by pipeline science institute of CNPC,inspection results was recorded automatically,adopting CD or hard disk save the relative figures.Detecting speed was increased,and results multiple appearance was very convenient.It introduced software development course of this system upper computer.
