摘要:
采用数值模拟技术研究了主成型辊与辅助成型辊之间的距离以及摩擦因子两个条件参数对旋压JCO成型过程稳定性的影响。模拟试验表明,减小主成型辊与辅助成型辊之间的距离,可增加JCO成型过程的稳定性。φ 1 016 mm×22.2 mm焊管旋压成型工业试验结果再次表明,减小主成型辊与辅助成型辊之间的距离,可满足生产过程对成型制品的工艺技术要求。
Abstract:
It has been made sure that there are two factors (the value of distance between the main roller and assistant roller,the frictional coefficient  between tool and work piece)which have prominent influences on the stability of rotating pressure JCOE forming adopting numerical simulating technology research.The result from tests shows that the stability will be enhanced during JCO forming if the distance between the main roller and assistant roller decrease.And it showed again rotating pressure forming for φ 1 016 mm×22.2 mm pipe indicated that decreasing the distance between main roller and assistance roller can meet process technology requirement during pipe forming.
