通过模拟塔里木油田现场环境,利用高温高压试验设备,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)技术,辅以失重法,研究了油套管3Cr(API 5CT L80钢级)和P110钢在H2S分压为0.5 MPa时不同CO2分压下的腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态,并对试样表面腐蚀产物的成分进行了分析。试验结果表明,随着CO2分压的增大,3Cr钢平均腐蚀速率也随之变大,而P110钢呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且3Cr钢的腐蚀产物膜中出现了Cr的富集现象。探讨了在CO2/H2S环境下Cl-及Cr元素对P110和3Cr钢腐蚀的影响。
Abstract:
H2S corrosion behavior of 3Cr and P110 steel was investigated in high temperature and pressure autoclave by simulating the downhole environment of Tarim oil field,and corrosion rate was measured by the weight loss method.The corrosion product scale was analyzed by using Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)、Energy Dispersive X ray Spectrometer (EDS) and X Ray Diffractometers (XRD).The results showed that the corrosion rate of 3Cr steel monotonously increased with the increase of CO2 concentration,and the corrosion rates of P110 steel first increased and then decreased with the increase of CO2 content. Cr element was enriched in the corrosion scale of 3Cr steel.Effects of Cl and Cr of CO2/H2S corrosion on P110 and 3Cr steel were discussed.
