摘要:
运用JSM-5610LV扫描电镜对德国产X165CrMoV12钢、国产Cr12MoV钢、9Cr2Mo钢、GCr15钢在不同热处理工艺条件下的金相组织、冲击韧性及耐磨性进行了分析。试验结果表明, 德国产X165CrMoV12钢和国产Cr12MoV钢的组织均为回火马氏体+共晶碳化物,国产9Cr2Mo钢和GCr15钢的组织均为回火马氏体+碳化物+残余奥氏体。国产Cr12MoV钢和德国进口X165CrMoV12钢耐磨性基本相当,9Cr2Mo钢的耐磨性比GCr15钢高了72%。
Abstract:
Under different heat treatment conditions,the metallographic structure,impact toughness and antiabrasion analysis were observed by JSM-5610V SEM to X165CrMoV12 imported from German,Cr12MoV,9Cr2Mo,GCr15 produced in China.The results indicated that the structure of German X165CrMoV12 and China Cr12MoV both are tempered martensite+eutectic carbides.The structure of 9Cr2Mo and GCr15 steel are both tempered martensite+carbide+residual austenite.The anti-abrasion of Cr12MoV steel produced in China and X165CrMoV12 steel imported from German are basically same.The anti-abrasion of 9Cr2Mo steel is higher 72% than that of GCr15 steel.
