摘要:
针对焊管生产线活套控制的工艺要求,设计了基于S7-300 PLC控制的活套控制系统,它和剪切对焊机配合,起到确保主轧机连续不断工作的作用。系统由PLC、触摸屏、欧路直流驱动器等组成,通过PLC与欧路直流驱动器之间的Profibus通讯,实现了数字量设定转速,实时显示电动机的电流、转速等参数。给出了焊管生产线活套的储料长度及储料圈数最大值的计算算法。经过韩国SEAH公司等很多现场的应用,验证了活套控制系统的可靠性和稳定性。
Abstract:
According to the technology requirements of accumulator control of welded pipe production line,accumulator control system is designed which based on the S7-300 PLC,and it cooperates with cutting and welding equipment to ensure itself play a main role in the work of the continuous rolling mill.Accumulator control system is consists of the PLC,touch screen,parker DC driver.Using profibus communication, accumulator control system can be set speed through touch screen, and it can display armature current and realtime speed.In this paper,the principle of filling the steel coil to accumulator automatically and flow chart pipe of automatic accumulator control system are put forward and steel coil length of storage and storage ring of accumulator algorithm of welded pipe production line is put forward too.After a lot of applications such as SEAH company,it is verified that control system of accumulator is feasible and reliable.
