摘要:
介绍了手工钨极氩弧焊在厚壁管道全位置根焊层的焊接工艺、摇摆手法焊接操作要领及注意事项。实践证明,采用摇摆手法进行手工钨极氩弧焊,可以解决压力管道手工钨极氩弧焊根焊层焊接过程中易出现熔池保护不好、管内外焊缝成型不佳、气孔、夹钨等缺陷问题。
Abstract:
This article introduced welding process,swing welding operation method and cautions of manual argon tungsten-arc welding in allposition root welding of heavy thickness pipeline.This practice proved that using swing welding method to conduct manual argon tungsten-arc welding can solve defects of pressure piping generating in root welding,such as bad fusion pool protection,poor shape of inside and outside weld, gas pocket and slag tungsten.
