摘要:
简要介绍了钢材的应变时效行为,重点介绍了3种高强度管线管的应变时效的力学试验,以及应变时效对3种高强度管线钢力学性能和韧性的影响,并对试验结果进行了讨论。指出,应变时效导致的任何抗断裂能力的变化都可能对断裂控制设计造成影响,尤其是在考虑钢管服役过程中可能经历塑性变形的情况下。
Abstract:
This article briefly introduced strain-aging behavior of steel,emphasized on strain-aging mechanical test of 3 kinds of line pipe with high strength,effect of strain-aging on mechanical property and toughness,and discussed test results.It pointed that any change in anti-fracture resulted from strain-aging will impact on designing fracture control,in particular,in condition of experience plastic deformation during steel pipe service courses.
