摘要:
分析了涂铝带材、不锈钢带材的物理性质和力学性能。从焊管机组成型工艺、设备、模具加工精度、高频电源和调速控制精度等方面介绍了铝管和不锈钢管高频感应焊接的工艺特点,指出了焊接铝管及不锈钢管时具体的注意事项。
Abstract:
This article analyzed physical property,mechanical property of aluminized strip and stainless strip,introduced process characteristics of high frequency induction welding aluminum and stainless steel pipes from the following aspects,such as forming process of welded pipe units,machining precision of equipments and models,high frequency power and speed control precision.Finally,it pointed out the detailed cautions during the welding of aluminum and stainless steel pipes.
