摘要:
针对直缝埋弧焊管生产线内焊原焊接车存在的问题,从机械和电控系统方面进行了改进设计。介绍了改进后焊接车的机械和电气控制系统特点,主要说明了升降输送辊和加长引(熄)弧板结构,以及内焊机控制系统数据交换及焊接速度闭环控制等。实际使用结果表明,改进后的内焊焊接车有效地解决了以前存在的问题,满足了使用要求。
Abstract:
Aiming at problems existed in the original inside welding vehicle of LSAW pipe production line,the improving design was carried out from mechanical and electrical control system.It introduced mechanical and electrical control system characteristics of improved welding cart,especially introduced the structure of rising up and down convey roller and additional length of run-on(off) tab,data exchange with inside welding machine control system and welding speed closed loop control.The practice indicated that the improved welding cart solved the former problems and met the application requirements.
