摘要:
介绍了X70级φ1016mm热煨弯管的角度测量方法及曲率半径控制工艺。对成品热煨弯管几何尺寸检测表明,其角度误差全部控制在±0.5°之内,符合标准要求。
Abstract:
This article introduced angle inspection method and radius of curvature control process for X70 grade φ1016mm  hot-bending bend.Inspection results of hot-bending bend physical dimension indicated that angle error all can be controlled at ±0.5°,and can meet standard requirements.
