摘要:
针对带钢经常出现的内在缺陷、外观缺陷、几何尺寸、力学性能、混号及纵剪质量等因素对HFW焊管质量的影响,提出在订货、生产时要严格按照订货要求及技术条件把关,保证带钢质量,从而提高焊管质量及成材率,减小不必要的损失。
Abstract:
The effects of some factors to HFW pipe quality in strip that often appear,which include internal defects,external defects,physical dimension,mechanical property,disordered number and slitting quality, are analyzed,which shows that the company must be strict with ordered description and technical specifications when strip is ordered and produced,to assure strip quality,increase the quality of pipe and yield,and minish unnecessary wastage.
