摘要:
为了实时显示HFW焊管生产时卷板对接焊缝的位置信息,设计并制作了焊缝跟踪系统。该系统不但可以完成板卷信息的读取和生产状况的存储,更重要的是通过捕捉换卷动作获取卷板对接焊缝的初始位置和通过编码器获得生产线速度,从而实时获取焊缝的位置信息。生产线速度的计算采用渐消记忆算法,充分地反应了编码器读数的实时性,更准确地显示了生产线速度。实际使用效果良好,有较强的应用价值。
Abstract:
Weld tracking system is designed to realtime display the transverse weld position information of HFW pipe production.This system can not only read coil information and store production condition,but also gain the original position of the transverse weld through changing coil action,as well as to get the production speed via encoder, thus it real time get weld position information.Gradually vanishing memory algorithm is adopted to calculate the production speed,which fully reflect the realtime performance of encoder,and display the production speed more accurate.The effect of practice utility is good, and with better application value.
