摘要:
结合9%Ni钢的SHCCT图、斜Y坡口对接裂纹试验结果及焊接接头热影响区性能测试结果,提出板厚22.1mm的9%Ni钢在环境湿度≤90%RH和环境温度≥-10℃情况下采用NiCrMo合金系焊条/焊丝焊接时,为获得优质焊接接头推荐的工艺措施和线能量为:预热温度控制在75℃左右,层间温度≤100℃,焊接线能量为15~20kJ/cm。
Abstract:
In this paper,combined with SHCCT chart of 9%Ni steel,Y-groove crack test and HAZ performacne test results of welding joints.it pointed out,when the environment temperature is higher than 10℃ and the environment humidity is lower than 90%,adopting NiCrMo alloyed electrode/wire,the following recommended processes and liner energy were used in order to obtain high quality welding joints: controlling preheat temperature is at about 75℃,interpass temperature is less than 100℃,welding liner energy is as 15~20kJ/cm.
