摘要:
对某油井N80Q级φ73.02mm×5.51mm EU油管管体发生的爆裂失效事故进行了调研,并对其爆裂失效原因进行了详细的分析。结果表明,油管理化性能符合行业标准要求。管体爆裂失效的原因是由于油管在制造过程中,管体表面及组织内部产生大量沿晶裂纹,在应力和显微裂纹作用下,晶界强度降低,外力或宏观应力的作用使裂纹沿晶界不断扩展并延伸,最终形成断口。最后建议,油管在热处理过程中应调整淬火介质,控制淬火温度,避免在制造过程中产生裂纹。
Abstract:
A N80Q φ73.02mm×5.51mm EU oil pipe body explosive cracking accident occurred in some oil well was investigated,the failure reason was analyzed detailedly.The results indicated that the physical and chemical properties of oil pipe were in accordance with industry standards.The reason was as follow:during the manufacture of oil pipe,a great deal of intergranular crack formed in the structure and on the surface of pipe,on the effect of stress and microcrack,the grain boundary strength had been decreased;on the effect of external force or macroscopic stress,the crack kept on growing,at last the fracture was formed.Finally,it proposed to adjust quenching medium,control quenching temperature during heat treatment course so as to avoid forming cracks
