摘要:
对鞍钢生产的X80感应加热弯管用钢的化学成分与力学性能进行了分析,采用高C成分设计,经典型的两阶段工艺轧制后,材料性能完全达到了标准要求;对其冲击断口形貌、显微组织、析出相及位错等进行了详细的研究。结果表明,采用高C成分设计的X80弯管用钢轧后可以得到以针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体为主的复合组织,析出相晶粒细小弥散,基体中具有高密度位错,性能完全满足标准要求。
Abstract:
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of induction bends for X80 pipeline steel produced by Anshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,the results showed that it adopted high C design,after typical two-stage rolling process,the material properties of X80 pipeline steel fully achieved standard requirements.The impact fracture,microstructure,precipitation phase and dislocation were also studied,the results indicated that the composite structure of X80 pipeline steel adopted high C design can be obtained after being rolled,which majority are acicular ferrite and grain bainite,the precipitation phase dispersed and fine,and high density dislocation existed in basal body,the properties can fully meet standard requirements.
