摘要:
通过拉伸试验、冲击试验和显微组织分析等方法,研究了X70管线钢中不同C质量分数(0.04 %和0.06 %)及显微组织对X70管线钢冲击韧性及强度的影响。结果表明,两种不同碳含量的管线钢强度相近,二者有效晶粒尺寸及大角晶界比例相差不大,但C质量分数为0.06 %的X70管线钢中因M/A岛含量较多,其夏比冲击韧性低于C质量分数为0.04 %的管线钢。
