摘要:
为了研究X100高钢级管线钢管在真实工况下生命周期内的完整性,ENI集团起动了TAP(Trasporto Gas Alta Pressione)项目,目的在于确认使用新开发的X100钢所制造的高压力管线的经济可行性、技术可靠性以及可施工性是否满足要求。简要介绍了TAP项目的概况和新开发的X100钢板的制造。重点分析了用新开发的X100钢板所制造的钢管的性能,以及涂敷热处理对钢管性能的影响,结果表明,涂敷热处理会导致钢管横向和纵向拉伸性能有所变化。最后,简要介绍了止裂器的制造及应用。
Abstract:
In order to study the integrality of X100 line pipe in service life under actual working condition, ENI group started TAP project to confirm whether the economy feasibility,technology reliability and constructability of high pressure pipeline can meet requirements,which were manufactured by X100 steel. In this article,it briefly introduced the general situation of TAP project and manufacture of newly developed X100 steel,analyzed steel pipe properties which manufactured by the newly developed X100 steel plate,as well as the effect of heat treatment on steel pipe performance. The results indicated that heat treatment will cause tensile performance of steel pipe change in transverse and longitudinal direction. Finally,it introduced the manufacture and application of crack arrester.
