摘要:
简要分析了超声波探伤对油气输送用埋弧焊管安全运行的意义。介绍了目前埋弧焊管焊缝超声波探伤的基本工况,以及管线制造标准和超声波探伤标准中对焊缝超声波探伤灵敏度的规定。着重分析了标准反射体的选择对于超声波探伤灵敏度的影响。分析结果表明,在钢管生产过程中,检测纵向缺陷应优先选择刻槽作为灵敏度调整的标准反射体,或者使用刻槽作为纵向缺陷探伤灵敏度调节的标准反射体,使用竖通孔作为横向缺陷探伤灵敏度调节的标准反射体。
Abstract:
In this article,it briefly analyzed the meaning of adopting ultrasonic testing to ensure submerged arc welded pipe safety operation used for transporting oil and gas,introduced the basic working condition of UT in submerged arc welded pipe weld,as well as the regulations to weld UT sensitivity in standards of pipeline manufacturing and UT. It also analyzed the effect to UT sensitivity of selecting standard reflector,the result showed that it should firstly select notch to act as standard reflector of adjusting sensitivity in detecting longitudinal defects,or taking notch as standard reflector to adjust sensitivity of detecting longitudinal defects,and taking vertical hole as standard reflector to adjust sensitivity of detecting transverse defects.
