摘要:
比较了欧、美、日和我国不锈钢管标准中泄漏密实性试验方法在细节上的差异。从这些差异入手,着重分析了泄漏密实性试验方法和试验条件的合理选择,提出应根据不同情况及用户指定选择合理的检测方法。阐明了这些试验方法在不锈钢管制造质量监管中的重要性,以期引起业内人士、特别是标准制定部门的重视,对提高我国不锈钢管质量检验和监管水平是十分有用的。
Abstract:
In this article, it compared the details difference of leak tightness test methods in European, American, Japanese and China stainless steel pipe standards, emphasized reasonable selecting test method and test condition, and pointed out selecting reasonable inspection method according to different conditions and end-user’s requirements. It introduced the importance of these test methods in monitoring stainless steel pipe quality, which should be paid attention to industry insider, especially for standard draft department, it is very useful to improve quality inspection and monitor level for China stainless steel pipe.

参考文献/References:

0.6 MPa,仅美国例外,为1 MPa。这是因为允许采用气压试验的标准为薄壁管标准,但美标允许采用的钢管壁厚可能大一些。
  (3)压力试验保持时间大多为5 s,少数为10 s。但美标有4项标准中规定要约定或足够长时间,我国也有两项标准中采用了模糊的表达方式,而日标耐压试验要保持60 s,必要性值得探讨。
  (4)欧标中明确指出水压试验不是强度试验,还要避免试验过程中使钢管产生永久变形,因此规定试验压力计算公式的试验应力一般为s=0.7 σs,有要求时可为0.9 σs,这显然是更合理的。美、日和国标中大都规定取s=(0.5~0.7)σs,其中包括ASTM A1016/A1016M等标准中给出公式,和日标、国标中以表格形式给出的试验压力数值,实际上都缘于同样的考虑,有些标准中包含的可以商定更高的试验压力也应该以不产生永久变形为前提。因此,我国有两项无缝不锈钢管标准中规定s=0.4 σb是不妥的,因为有些不锈钢种的0.4 σb >σs,液压试验将会造成局部永久性塑性变形,即成为破坏性的强度试验。
  (5)欧、美、日标准中无缝管和焊接管试验压力是相同的。                           (未完待续)
