摘要:
虽然引进的X80抗大变形钢管已在西气东输二线进行了部分应用并制定了相应的技术要求,但国内对于X70及以上钢级抗大变形管线钢管的应用和标准制定还是空白。本次试制的X70抗大变形钢,获得了具有典型抗大变形钢管的特征的拱顶形(round house)应力-应变曲线、较低的屈强比、高的形变强化指数、高的均匀塑性变形延伸率及硬相和软相的双相组织,各性能指标均优于现有标准要求。
Abstract:
The imported X80 SAWL pipe with great deformation resistance were partly applied in the 2nd West to East Gas Pipeline Project, and the relevant execution standards were also be established, but the application and standards establishment for X70 and the above grades line pipe with great deformation resistance are still blank in China. The trial-production X70 steel with great deformation resistance possess the representative characteristics, such as the round house-shaped stress-strain curve, lower yield ratio, high strain index, high and uniform deformation elongation, and hard and soft phase dual-phase structure, so each performance index is better than that in present concerned standards.
