00Cr17Ni14Mo2是2007年前我国国标中设定的一种与国际上316L钢种相对应的同类钢种,该钢种是美国AISI 316L,即UNS S31603的等效钢种,设计选材时可相互取代。但由于成分设定上略有差异,在钢管标准中把两者等同或在贸易合同把他们混为同一钢种都是不妥当的。由此引发的一些贸易争议时有发生,因此必须澄清是“等效”钢种,不是“等同”钢种。022Cr17Ni12Mo2的成分与AISI 316L基本相同,但根据欧洲的经验,其Cr含量仍然偏低,因此,国内一些钢厂生产该牌号板材时把其Cr质量分数控制在16.50%以上。
Abstract:
Before 2007, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 was the same kind steel grade in Chinese standard with 316L international steel grade, which was equivalent to AISI 316L, namely UNS S31603, the above said two steel grades can be replaced each other while designing material. Because of tiny difference between chemistry compositions, so it is improper to consider 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 and AISI 316L are equal in steel pipe standards, or regard the two steel grades as the same, and this will cause some trade controversies. So it must clarify they are equivalent steel grades, and not to be the same steel grade. The chemistry composition of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 is about the same with that of AISI 316L . According to European experience, Cr content is low, however it is usually be controlled above 16. 50% of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 steel grade produced by some China domestic steel mills .
