摘要:
研究开发了一种新型的具有规定827 MPa(120 ksi)最小屈服强度的高强度钢,并应用于管线钢管。由于现有的规格最初并非用于X120,并且这种强度的钢管之前没有实际应用,因此为了研究X120钢管的爆破容量从而正确评估此钢管的结构性能,进行了一系列的全尺寸试验和有限结构分析。结果表明, X120钢管管体和焊缝的强度能够满足爆破性能的需要。
Abstract:
A new kind of high strength pipeline steel with minimum yield strength of 827 MPa(120 ksi) was developed and applied in line pipe. Because the current specifications were not applicable for X120, and this kind of X120 steel pipe has not been applied into practice. In order to correctly evaluate structure performance of X120 steel pipe through studying blasting capacity, a series of full-size tests and finite element analysis were conducted. The results showed that the strength of X120 pipe body and weld can meet blasting performance requirements.
