摘要:
从生产检验工艺人员配置、设备自动化程度以及实物质量状况等方面列举了国外某先进制管企业直缝埋弧焊接钢管的生产检验现状,并与国内先进制管企业进行对比。结果表明,我国现有钢管生产检验水平与国际先进水平存在一定差距,主要表现在装备水平、自动化程度、实物质量稳定性、生产管理、质量控制等方面。
Abstract:
Described in this article are the current statuses of SAWL pipe production and inspection in some overseas advanced pipe manufacturer from several aspects, such as inspection personnel allocation, equipment automatization degree, product quality and etc., and compared it with China domestic advanced steel pipe manufacturers. The result showed that some difference exist between China current production and inspection level and international advanced level, covering equipment level, automatization degree, product quality stability, production management, quality control and etc..
