摘要:
对螺旋埋弧焊管预精焊生产中MAG预焊时飞溅易粘附喷嘴和焊枪以及焊枪清理困难的现象进行了分析。介绍了集防粘渣功能和自身旋转清枪功能于一体的新型大电流空冷MAG焊枪的研制,新型MAG焊枪喷嘴采用陶瓷外壁复合导热性良好的铜合金材料,这种复合喷嘴不仅可以减少飞溅在喷嘴上的粘附量,而且使陶瓷内芯的抗冲击性能大幅度提高,延长了喷嘴的使用寿命。金属陶瓷复合喷嘴的采用,使新型MAG焊枪在600 ~ 1 500 A大电流条件下连续工作而不用水冷系统。同时,在焊枪结构设计中引入了环形清渣刀和旋转过渡套,解决了连续生产中喷嘴粘渣和清渣问题。新型大电流空冷MAG焊枪经现场使用证明,螺旋埋弧焊管生产效率提高了30%以上。
Abstract:
In this article, it analyzed some phenomena in MAG welding of SAWH pipe two-step welding, such as the spatter easily adhere to the nozzle, and it is difficult to clean the welding torch. It also introduced the development of a new type high-current air cooling MAG welding torch, which can prevent spatter adhering and be cleaned by itself rotating. The new type MAG welding torch has a nozzle made by copper alloyed material with ceramic outer wall that shows good thermal conductivity performance, it not only decrease spatter adhesion, but also greatly increase impact resistance performance, and prolong useful life of nozzle. Site service proved that this kind of MAG welding torch can run continuously at 600 ~ 1 500 A current without water cooling system, the production efficiency of SAWH pipe is increased by above 30%.
