摘要:
针对在线钢轨焊接性特点,选用药芯焊丝进行合金钢组合辙叉翼轨的修复,进行了工艺试验和堆焊层的组织性能研究。堆焊层的硬度测试结果表明:药芯焊丝THY-QD-172用于合金钢组合辙叉翼轨U75V的修复可满足性能要求。首先其熔覆层为与母材组织接近的珠光体;其次堆焊层的洛氏硬度比母材的硬度高,耐磨性能在一定程度上有所增强;最后试验过程中焊前不需要热处理,焊后也不需要热处理。
Abstract:
Aiming at the weldability of on-line rail, flux-cored wire was applied to repair the wing rail of alloy steel combined crossing, the technological test and structure prosperities of surfacing layer were also studied. The hardness test result of surfacing layer showed that using flux-cored wire THY-QD-172 to repair wing rail may meet the requirement of property. Firstly, the microstructure of clad layer is pearlite which structure is similar to base metal. Secondly, the Rockwell hardness of surface layer is higher than that of base metal, and its wear-resistance property is increased to some extent. The heat treatment does not need preweld or postweld during another test procedure.
