摘要:
通过对X100管线钢管在不同预变形量和时效温度下所做的拉伸试验和冲击韧性试验结果的分析,研究了预变形和时效温度对X100管线钢管性能的影响。试验结果表明,预变形明显提高了X100管线钢管的屈服强度、抗拉强度和屈强比,使材料的塑性和冲击韧性明显降低;应变时效对钢管纵向性能影响较为明显,纵向屈服强度、抗拉强度明显升高,而横向屈服强度、抗拉强度变化较小。
Abstract:
Through analysis on the test results of tensile and impact toughness for X100 line pipe under different pre-deformation and strain aging temperature,it studied the influence of pre-deformation and strain aging temperature on X100 line pipe performance. The results showed that the pre-deformation can improve yield strength,tensile strength and the yield ratio obviously, and reduce plasticity and impact toughness,strain aging affects longitudinal performance of steel pipe obviously,it makes longitudinal yield strength and tensile strength increase significantly,while the transverse yield strength and tensile strength change less .
