摘要:
对铝与钢进行了摩擦焊接试验,通过光学显微镜对焊接接头显微组织进行了观察,结合电子探针(EPMA)及XRD对焊接接头进行了分析。铝和钢摩擦焊接所得到的接头在焊缝处铝侧有飞边,而钢侧没太大变形,对该焊接接头进行整体拉伸试验,接头在铝侧发生断裂,接头抗拉强度Rm =96 MPa,表明接头强度高于铝基材的强度,形成了良好的焊接接头。通过分析发现,铝与钢摩擦焊接接头结合方式属于机械及冶金结合,且焊接接头处钢侧晶粒细小,并发生了明显的变形,距离焊缝越近铝侧的晶粒越细小。
Abstract:
The friction welding of aluminum and steel was conducted. The microstructure of welded joint was observed by optical microscope, and welded joint was analyzed by EPMA and XRD. The results showed that the flash appeared at the side of aluminum in welded joint weld, while large deformation did not appear at the side of steel. The whole tensile test for welded joint was conducted; the fracture appeared at the side of aluminum, the tensile strength was 96 MPa, which indicated that the strength of welded joint is higher than that of base material of aluminum, so the welded joint is with good performance. Through analysis, it found that the combination mode of welded joint belongs to mechanical and metallurgical combination, the grain at the side of steel is fine, and occurred obvious deformation. The closer to aluminum from weld zone it is, the more fine grain is.
