摘要:
针对基于应变设计地区管道建设,尤其是中缅管线项目所需的X70抗大变形焊管进行研究开发。采用铁素体+贝氏体双相组织的高应变能力的钢板,结合新开发的制管工艺,使批量研制的X70抗大变形焊管具有良好的强度、均匀延伸率、应力比等优点。通过对制管前后的拉伸性能进行对比,发现大变形钢板制管后屈服强度、抗拉强度大幅提高,而均匀延伸率、应力比等指标有所下降;热时效试验表明,时效处理后钢管纵向屈服强度、抗拉强度均升高,而均匀延伸率、应力比等指标进一步下降。
Abstract:
According to pipeline construction in strain design region, the development for X70 welded pipe with large deformation resistance used in Myanmar-China pipeline project was researched. Adopting ferrite+ bainite dual-phase structure and steel plate wit high strain, combined with the developed manufacturing process, to mass produce X70 welded pipe with large deformation resistance. The X70 pipe possesses good strength, uniform elongation percentage, stress ratio and etc.Through tensile property comparison before and after manufacturing pipe, the yield strength and tensile strength greatly increase after manufacturing pipe, while uniform elongation percentage and stress ratio reduce. The result of heat aging test indicated that both the longitudinal yield strength and tensile strength increase after heat aging, while uniform elongation percentage and stress ratio reduce.
