摘要:
介绍了直线度对于保证HFW钢管质量的意义,重点分析了影响钢管直线度的2种特殊原因:一是由于钢管在线中频热处理后冷却工艺不当造成的上下表面温度不均;二是卷板各处强度不均。针对HFW钢管弯曲的原因,结合生产实际,提出了相应的预防措施,即:通过改造冷却装置入手,以达到钢管的上下表面温度均匀分布;在采购原料时提出对卷板强度均匀性的要求,通过保证原材料质量来保证钢管的直线度。
Abstract:
This thesis introduced the importance of straightness to ensure the quality of HFW pipe and analyzed two special reasons to influence straightness of HFW pipe. Firstly, due to unsuitable cooling process after on-line intermediate frequency heat treatment on steel pipe, it leads to uneven surface temperature; Secondly, uneven strength of plate bending. Aiming at bending reason of HFW pipe, combined with practical production, the relevant protective measures were put forward, such as changing cooling equipment to achieve uniform distribution of steel pipe upper and lower surface temperature; the request to plate bending strength uniformity shall be proposed during purchasing raw material, and through ensuring the quality of raw material to guarantee the straightness of steel pipe.
