摘要:
介绍了国内外宽板拉伸试验研究的进展情况,以及管线钢宽板拉伸试验的试验过程和数据处理方式,包括缺陷的制备、试样规格及信号采集、试验结果和试验数据的处理分析,并指出了影响宽板拉伸试验过程中的关键因素。通过多年的实践认为,宽板拉伸试验应建立一套完善的测试步骤和理论分析技术,规范化、标准化宽板拉伸试验过程,确保各种测量数据和试验结果更加真实可靠,为管道设计和焊接施工提供真实可靠的数据支持,对于指导宽板拉伸试验及管道应变设计具有一定的实际意义。
Abstract:
In this article, it introduced development status of wide plate tensile test at home and abroad, test procedure and data processing, including: defect preparation, wide plate sample specifications and test signal acquisition, test results and the post-processing of the test data, and also pointed the key influence factors on wide plate tensile test. Years of practice results showed that the wide plate tensile test should set up a set of complete test procedures and theoretical analysis technology, normalize and standardize tensile test course, in order to ensure all kinds of measurement data and the test results more reliable,
which will provide reliable data for pipeline design and welding construction, and has a certain practical guidance significance for wide plate tensile test and pipeline strain design.
